Key Responsibilities – Factory Head/Manager (Apparel Manufacturing)
- Oversee end-to-end garment manufacturing operations (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets as per order timelines.
- Ensure product quality standards and minimize rejections/defects.
- Manage production planning, capacity planning, and line efficiency.
- Lead and supervise production, quality, maintenance, and compliance teams.
- Control factory costs, wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure on-time order delivery and coordination with sourcing/merchandising teams.
- Maintain compliance with safety, labour laws, and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Vendor and subcontractor management (if applicable).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
