Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Placement Manager to lead student placement activities and build strong recruitment partnerships with companies. This role focuses on driving placements, managing employer relationships, and ensuring students are career-ready.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement Management
- Manage end-to-end student placement activities
- Share relevant job and internship opportunities with students on a regular basis
- Ensure a consistent flow of verified opportunities
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling
- Track placement progress and maintain updated records
- Ensure high student satisfaction and successful placement outcomes
Student Career Support
- Guide students on resume building and LinkedIn profile optimization
- Conduct resume and LinkedIn improvement sessions
- Prepare students for interviews and hiring processes
- Ensure students are job-ready before interviews
Recruitment & Company Partnerships
- Identify and onboard companies and consultancies for hiring
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and HRs
- Understand hiring requirements and align student profiles accordingly
- Ensure repeat hiring and long-term partnerships
- Maintain a database of companies and hiring contacts
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain placement trackers with regular updates
- Monitor interview pipelines and conversion trends
- Share reports on placements, interviews, and opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and real-time tracking
Testimonials & Engagement
- Collect student feedback and testimonials
- Drive reviews, referrals, and LinkedIn recommendations
- Maintain engagement with placed students for branding and credibility
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Consistent student placement outcomes and career success
- Strong company network and hiring partnerships
- High levels of student satisfaction and job readiness
- Efficient tracking and reporting of placement activities
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Consistent sharing of relevant and verified opportunities
- Effective onboarding and management of company partnerships
- Smooth interview coordination and tracking
- High quality of student support and placement readiness
- Accurate and timely maintenance of placement data
Targets – Testimonials & Reviews
- Regular collection of video testimonials from placed students
- Continuous generation of positive reviews and referrals
- Encouraging LinkedIn recommendations from successful candidates
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Relationship-building and networking ability
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Ability to manage multiple students and companies simultaneously
- Data tracking and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)

- Mode: Work From Office (Full-time)
- Location: Pune
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation
- Salary: As per company standards
