Job Description:
The ERP Functional Support Executive serves as the primary liaison between customers and the organization, providing functional support for ERP solutions. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring timely communication, and helping clients maximize the effective use of ERP systems. The position requires strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
Responsiblity:
Learn our ERP software and product functionalities (training will be provided)
Handle customer calls, emails, and support tickets
Understand customer requirements/issues and coordinate with the internal development team
Follow up internally and provide timely updates to customers
Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the company
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
