About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, explain our services, generate qualified, Convert to the sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate quality leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
