Position Overview
to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a leading rubber manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong exposure to Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Mixing operations.
- Experience serving Automotive OEMs/Tier-1 customers with a sound understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and IATF 16949.
