Role: US Healthcare Remote Support Associate
Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru
Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role :
Join our US Healthcare Support team and help coordinate patient interactions and
appointment workflows for healthcare providers in the United States. This role is ideal for
candidates with strong communication skills, the ability to understand US accents, and an
interest in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound patient support interactions.
Understand and communicate effectively with US-based patients.
Accurately capture patient information and maintain records.
Use healthcare systems to update case notes and appointment details.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely patient support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong ability to understand US accents.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, web applications).
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
