Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 2+ years of experience to handle customer queries, manage support tickets, and ensure timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and tickets.
- Manage and track tickets using Zoho Desk or similar tools.
- Resolve customer issues within defined TAT and escalate when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow support SOPs.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
- Experience with Zoho Desk or similar ticketing software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
KPIs: Ticket Resolution, First Response Time (FRT), CSAT, Ticket Closure Rate, and Quality of Customer Communication.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
