The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the factory floor, ensuring smooth workflow, safety compliance, and effective workforce management. This role involves supervising workers, monitoring site activities, maintaining security and surveillance, and ensuring all safety and operational procedures are followed diligently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of factory workers.
- Maintain attendance, entry, and exit records of all staff and visitors.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Manage workforce allocation and shift scheduling.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance.
- Oversee factory security and surveillance systems.
- Supervise gate operations, including entry and exit of materials and personnel.
- Prepare daily reports on operations, incidents, and workforce performance.
- Report and document any accidents, safety violations, or unusual incidents.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

Educational Qualifications:

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
