We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to take charge of our daily business functions. In this role, you won't just be leading the sales team you will be the bridge connecting sales, production, purchasing, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing staff, streamlining documentation, and ensuring smooth product delivery from raw materials to the customer's doorstep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client accounts, identify new market opportunities, and lead the team to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Production & Purchase Coordination: Oversee the production schedule to ensure it aligns with sales demands; manage purchasing of raw materials/inventory while maintaining strong vendor relationships and cost control.
- Shipment & Logistics: Supervise the end-to-end supply chain, including inventory management, warehousing, and coordinating timely domestic/international shipments.
- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance across sales, administrative, and production staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate business records, oversee contracts, handle compliance, and ensure all sales, purchase, and shipping documentation is meticulously organized.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in a combined Sales and Operations/General Management role (experience in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution is highly preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams (sales, admin, and warehouse/production staff).
- Supply Chain Savvy: Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory control, and shipping/logistics procedures.
- Organization: Exceptional multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail in documentation and administrative compliance.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks), and MS Office (Excel).
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
