Recruitment and Onboarding
- Conduct the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of OHC & outsourced staff.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and culture.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies to manage OHC & outsourced labor requirements
OHC & Outsourced Labor Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the hospital and outsourcing agencies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements for OHC & outsourced labor.
- Oversee attendance, performance, and grievance resolution for OHC & outsourced staff.
- Evaluate the performance and efficiency of outsourcing partners, recommending changes if necessary.
Time Office Management
- Oversee and manage Time Office operations ensuring effective coverage between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Monitor, verify, and validate attendance records for On-roll employees, OHC staff, and Outsourced personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, reconciliation, and submission of attendance data and related reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements related to attendance and workforce management.
