Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, well‑presented, and customer‑focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our pharmaceutical office. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for visitors, clients, staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, screen, and forward them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policies/security protocols.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, couriers, and deliveries.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting room bookings in coordination with internal teams.
- Provide general clerical support including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and record‑keeping.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for documentation support and onboarding assistance as needed.
Communication & Coordination
- Respond to basic queries from visitors and staff and route complex questions to the relevant departments.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Support internal teams with ad‑hoc office coordination tasks.
Office Management
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, and assist with ordering/stationery inventory as required.
- Assist in coordinating internal events or meetings with logistics and hospitality support.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar customer‑facing/administrative role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local language).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Location :- Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
