Job Description
BIPS Systems Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Marketing Executive to support business development and sales activities for Security & Surveillance solutions in Government and Enterprise sectors.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting security solutions, generating new business opportunities, and supporting client engagement activities across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government and Private sectors
- Promote Security & Surveillance solutions including:
- CCTV Systems
- Boom Barriers
- Access Control & related products
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Assist in preparation of proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tenders
- Coordinate with OEM partners and solution providers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support sales teams in achieving business targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Security & Surveillance systems
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sales and marketing understanding
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience Required
2 – 4 years of relevant experience in:
- IT / Security Product Sales & Marketing
- Business Development Activities
- Government or Enterprise Client Handling
- Security & Surveillance Solutions
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IT / Security product sales or marketing
- Knowledge of Government tendering and bidding process
- Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, and Surveillance Solutions
