We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, be capable of building strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth by generating leads and converting opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings to promote the company's products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and business reports.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and market feedback.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
- Experience in the plastic, packaging, polymer, manufacturing, or industrial products sector is preferred.
- Candidates with strong B2B marketing experience from other manufacturing industries may also apply.
Must Have
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings as required.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
