Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and evaluate financial and operational controls.
- Review accounting records, transactions, and compliance processes.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with departments for audit documentation and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in internal auditing.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial controls, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
