Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development. The candidate should have good English communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and support sales closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales or Business Development.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
