Experience: Freshers welcome
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential donors on behalf of the NGO
- Explain the organization's cause, projects, and donation programs
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and donation targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and donor responses
- Address donor queries and provide appropriate resolutions
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: 12000/- to 15000 per month (including ESI)
- ₹500 Attendance Bonus
