We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listings, inventory management, order processing, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Jiomart, Zepto, Meesho, etc.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Manage pricing, discounts, coupons, and promotional campaigns.
- Track marketplace performance, sales, and account health.
- Analyze sales data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with account managers to resolve marketplace issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and product visibility.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
