The Role: Architect of Our Pan-India Distribution Network
We are aggressively scaling our offline presence and seeking a high-caliber Business Development Associate to lead our Pan-India network expansion.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone with a proven instinct for channel building, strategic partnerships, and network management — someone who builds systems that sell, not just sells.
Your mission: identify, recruit, and manage an elite B2B2C distribution network of health and wellness professionals who become exclusive advocates and distribution partners for Auffüllen across India's top metros.
What You'll Do
Network Recruitment & Expansion Identify and prospect high-value health and wellness professionals — doctors, nutritionists, celebrity trainers, elite dieticians — across key Indian cities. Think like a headhunter: you're not pitching a product, you're offering a partnership with a super-premium brand.
Channel Development & Productivity Signing a partner is the starting line, not the finish. You will own the long-term performance of your network, ensuring partners remain active, engaged, and consistently driving inventory to their clientele.
Strategic Onboarding Integrate new partners into the Auffüllen ecosystem with confidence. Educate them deeply on our 5-in-1 formulations so they can recommend the product authentically and persuasively.
Account Management Serve as the dedicated point of contact for every partner in your network. Regular check-ins, marketing support, query resolution, and motivation to drive secondary sales — the full relationship lifecycle is yours.
Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain rigorous tracking of your lead pipeline, partner conversion rates, and network-generated revenue. Clean data, sharp forecasting, zero excuses.
Market Intelligence Be the company's eyes and ears on the ground. Surface insights on consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market shifts to help leadership sharpen strategy.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in channel sales, B2B partnerships, franchising, or distribution network development
- Network-first mindset: You think in ecosystems, not transactions. You know how to build influence that compounds over time.
- Elite communication: Impeccable spoken and written English. Comfortable holding high-stakes conversations with physicians, top trainers, and senior wellness professionals.
- Startup grit: Self-directed, target-obsessed, and resilient. You understand that network-building demands disciplined outreach and tenacious follow-through.
- Operational precision: Capable of managing 100+ partner relationships simultaneously — every follow-up tracked, every commitment honored.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
