Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment systems and banking applications.
- Work with business users and technology teams to deliver enhancements for SWIFT MT/MX message processing.
- Analyze and support inward and outward payment flows, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and support UAT.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle and support production issue analysis.
Mandatory Skills
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Payments domain.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 (MX) message standards.
- Hands-on experience with cross-border payments, inward and outward payments, and payment processing workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and UAT.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payment platforms such as SWIFT Alliance, CBPR+, SEPA, RTGS, or ACH.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Prior experience working with global banking clients.
Additional Requirement
- Must be willing to relocate to and work from Singapore.
Pay: ₹3,600,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
