We are seeking an experienced RPA Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and deliver automation solutions across business functions. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, requiring the ability to build automation projects independently from start to finish, including requirement analysis, development, testing, documentation, and deployment. The role also requires familiarity with advanced UiPath capabilities such as Process Mining, AI Center, Test Suite, Apps, and Integration Service, along with foundational knowledge of AI-driven and agentic automation concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design and develop end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio / StudioX / Studio Web.
- Perform process analysis, feasibility assessment, and prepare solution designs.
- Develop reusable components and follow UiPath coding standards.
- Prepare complete automation lifecycle documentation such as PDD, SDD, and DSD.
- Deploy automation packages in UiPath Orchestrator and configure triggers, assets, queues, and environments.
- Utilize UiPath modules including Process Mining, Task Capture, AI Center, Test Suite, Apps, and Integration Service.
- Apply foundational understanding of AI-driven automation, GenAI, and agentic automation concepts.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality automations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on UiPath automation development experience.
- Strong programming skills (VB.NET, C#, Python, or similar).
- Ability to independently build scalable workflows using REFramework.
- Understanding of UiPath Process Mining, AI Center, Test Suite, Apps, and Integration Service.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
