Job Summary:
The Hotel Front Desk Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room availability and guest requests.
- Process billing, payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Customer service oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
