Strong experience in electrical panel manufacturing industry (LT/HT) and Heavy Fabrication
Key Responsibilities
- Head and manage the complete fabrication department for LT & HT electrical panels.
- Handle fabrication activities including cutting, bending, punching, welding, and assembly.
- Operate, supervise, and troubleshoot CNC and Fibre Laser Cutting machines.
- Ensure fabrication accuracy as per GA drawings, fabrication layouts, and panel drawings.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure quality control, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Develop and manage vendors for raw materials, fabrication work, and consumables.
- Utilize business contacts and vendor networks to improve turnaround time and cost efficiency.
- Manage manpower supply contractors, welders, fitters, helpers, and machine operators.
- Monitor productivity, reduce material wastage, and optimize fabrication processes.
- Maintain fabrication documentation, material tracking, and production reports.
