Job Description

Designed, developed, and supported SAP integration solutions using Winshuttle Studio, Winshuttle Evolve (Precisely Automate), and SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.
- Developed and maintained Winshuttle Transaction, Query, and Direct scripts for mass data uploads, updates, and data extraction across SAP modules.

Automated business processes for SAP master and transactional data, significantly reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.

Gathered business requirements and translated them into technical solutions by collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Integrated Winshuttle solutions with SAP using BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and Web Services wherever applicable.

Designed and implemented Winshuttle Evolve workflows, forms, and approval processes for end-to-end business process automation.

Performed SAP data migration activities including data validation, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation during implementation and support projects.

Developed Excel-based templates and automated upload utilities for Finance, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, and Human Resources data.

Monitored, analyzed, and optimized Winshuttle scripts to improve execution performance and reliability.

Troubleshot and resolved integration issues related to SAP interfaces, authorizations, data inconsistencies, and workflow failures.

Conducted unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment support.

Created technical documentation, user guides, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents for support teams.

Worked closely with SAP Basis and Security teams to manage transports, authorizations, and production deployments.

Provided end-user training and production support for Winshuttle automation solutions to ensure successful adoption.
- Participated in code reviews, change management, release planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Ensured compliance with organizational standards, data governance, audit requirements, and SAP best practices.
