Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Develop sales plans and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client communication.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of business development processes and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Result-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in team coordination and handling responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
