Roles & Responsibilities
Data Management
- Review, organize, and update existing data from the laptop.
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and business records.
- Clean duplicate or outdated information.
- Create and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Design basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
Administrative Support
- Manage business documents and digital files.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients as required.
- Assist in day-to-day business operations.
Desired Skills
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of lead generation and business development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Social Media Management, or Administration.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant knowledge may also be considered.
Please note that this is a work-from-home (WFH) opportunity. However, you will be required to visit the office two to three times a week, depending on the founder's availability.
Pay: ₹9,989.08 - ₹35,722.18 per month
