Responsibilities
- Greeting: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Taking orders: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Serving: Serve food and drinks to guests, adhering to service standards
- Preparing tables: Set tables for dining, ensuring that they are clean and properly equipped
- Providing recommendations: Recommend food and beverage selections, and up-sell when appropriate
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet guest expectations
- Maintaining cleanliness: Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of patrons
- Following procedures: Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Following safety and sanitation policies: Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
- Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
