We are hiring a Team Leader for our e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the team members in daily operations
- Monitor sorting, scanning, and shipment processing activities
- Ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets
- Handle team performance and resolve operational issues
- Maintain safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in e-commerce/logistics field preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Nearby candidates preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
