Job Description — Clinic Operations Manager (COM) Jaleswar
(Jajpur Road, Bhadrak , Bhadrak 2, Chhatarpur, Aska, Phulbani)

Reports To Circle Head — Clinic Operations
Location- District / Cluster (field-based role)
Team Managed- 6 to 8 Clinics with each clinic - 2-3 Clinic Staff, 1 Swasth Pramukh and 1 Pharmacy partner store
Role Purpose
The Clinic Operations Manager (COM) owns the day-to-day performance of Clinics within an assigned cluster — running them profitably while delivering a hassle-free, “WOW” patient experience. The COM is a field-first role: regular in-person visits to clinics, close coordination with clinic teams, and ownership of walk-ins, conversion, and revenue outcomes for the cluster.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Performance & Profitability
- Deliver patient walk-in targets across all Clinics in the cluster, Convert walk-ins into revenue; own Clinic P&L against target.
- Cross-sell / up-sell membership cards, medicines, diagnostics and surgery services.
- Visit clinics in-person on a regular cadence; coach nurses and pharmacists on service quality.
2. Doctor Relationship Management
- Generate local doctor leads and manage doctor schedules to ensure availability per clinic needs.
3. Pharmacy Partner Management
- Partner with the nearby pharmacy store to ensure patients' pharmacy needs are always met.
- Drive referrals from the pharmacy partner to CureBay for diagnostics and consultations.
4. Diagnostics Partner Management
- Tie up with nearby collection centers and onboard them as diagnostic business partners.
5. Community Outreach & Awareness
- Lead outreach activities (auto-miking, social media, etc.) to drive awareness of doctor/Clinic visits.
- Own Know Your Health (KYH) camp coordination, lead generation and revenue delivery.
- Lead roll-out of new community projects (e.g., eye care, diabetes, women's health camps) with help from local stakeholders.
6. Swasth Pramukh / Swasth Mitra Network Management
- Manage the brand outreach network through the Swasth Mitra channel — 8–10 SMs per clinic, led by one Swasth Pramukh.
- Drive lead generation for Surgery, Chronic Patients and Kavach, and footfalls into clinics, through the SM network.
7. SOP Adherence & People Management
- Ensure SOP adherence for patient journey and data management across the cluster.
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of clinic infrastructure as per Clinic SOPs and guidelines.
- Own clinic staff training / retention — drive engagement and minimize attrition of nurses and pharmacists.
