Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, training team members, and improving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Train and mentor new and existing team members
- Handle key clients and support the team in closing deals
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (team handling preferred)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Target-driven and result-focused mindset
