Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the complete factory operations of our seat cover and automobile accessories manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production, inventory, procurement, quality, dispatch, maintenance, and workforce to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production activities.
- Plan and monitor production targets to achieve timely order completion.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Handle procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection, defects, and wastage.
- Supervise dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Track inventory, finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP), and stock accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time.
- Lead, guide, and monitor supervisors, workers, and production teams.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and workforce efficiency.
- Control operational costs and improve factory performance.
- Ensure proper use of ERP/software systems and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Coordinate with Management, HR, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure all factory processes follow company policies and operational standards.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in Production, Operations, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in seat cover, automobile accessories, textile, upholstery, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.
