Arcraft Infotech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth by promoting our IT services, training programs, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online lead generation
- Promote Arcraft Infotech’s services, training programs, and solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Training, Technical, Marketing) for smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Participate in promotional events, seminars, and campaigns when required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Basic knowledge of IT services, training institutes, or digital products (preferred)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- MBA or Sales/Marketing certification is an added advantage
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
