We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.
Reception Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record management.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and meeting preparations.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
Pay: ₹9,021.61 - ₹24,851.58 per month
