We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Marketing to lead the school's marketing initiatives, admissions campaigns, and brand-building activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in field marketing, community engagement, and admissions-driven campaigns, preferably in the education sector. The role requires planning and executing both online and offline marketing strategies to enhance the school's visibility and increase student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with the school's admission and branding objectives.
- Design marketing campaigns to increase enquiries, admissions, and brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Admissions Marketing
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns during peak admission seasons.
- Organize school open houses, campus tours, orientation programs, and parent engagement activities.
Field & Outdoor Marketing
- Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including hoardings, billboards, newspaper advertisements, radio campaigns, and local branding.
- Coordinate roadshows, educational fairs, apartment activations, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with corporates, residential communities, coaching centres, and educational partners for admissions outreach.
Digital & Brand Marketing
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for social media campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and online lead generation.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Oversee the development of brochures, prospectuses, banners, promotional videos, and other marketing collateral.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, event partners, printers, media houses, and branding vendors.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, admissions trends, and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing.
- Prior experience in Schools, Educational Institutions, Universities, or EdTech will be preferred.
- Proven experience in field marketing, brand promotions, and admissions campaigns.
