Job Title : Customer Delight - Executive
Location: Karapakkam, OMR, Chennai
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and ensure they have a delightful shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product-related enquiries and guide them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer queries, order updates, and service requests through WhatsApp and in-person support.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Support showroom operations and maintain high customer service standards.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Male / Female
- Age - 24 - 35 years
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English knowledge is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Friendly personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
