Job Description – Estimation & Billing Engineer / Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Billing Engineer/Executive for the Repair & Restoration Construction Industry. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, client billing, subcontractor billing, cost analysis, and coordination with project teams for smooth execution of billing and estimation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of quantity estimation and BOQ as per drawings and site requirements.
- Verification of measurements and preparation of rate analysis.
- Preparation and submission of client RA bills and final bills.
- Checking and certification of subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Preparation of cost estimates for repair & restoration projects.
- Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for billing-related activities.
- Maintaining billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Monitoring project costs and budget variations.
- Reviewing tender documents and understanding project specifications.
- Preparation of material reconciliation statements.
- Ensuring timely billing and payment follow-ups with clients.
- Support in tender estimation and contract documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of estimation, billing, BOQ, and rate analysis.
- Experience in repair & restoration construction projects preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and quantities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project billing activities.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Repair, Rehabilitation, Waterproofing, Structural Repair, or Restoration projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
