We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Store Manager to lead the overall operations of our furniture showroom in Trivandrum. The role involves driving sales growth, managing the showroom team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining display standards, and coordinating with backend/factory teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, quotations, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve productivity and service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experience including product guidance, pricing, customization, and after-sales support.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain showroom display standards and visual merchandising.
- Ensure accurate billing, quotations, documentation, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with factory/backend team for order processing, customizations, and timely deliveries.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Retail / Showroom Sales, preferably in furniture or home interiors
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Graduate (any stream)
- Willing to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on a weekday)
- Target-driven with a strong customer-focused mindset
