Role Overview: Work on a voice & WhatsApp-based system currently being built for healthcare delivery. You will be part of the build, testing, and early deployment phase, helping improve how the system behaves in real-world conditions.
Key Responsibilities
a) System Testing & Understanding
i. Test key bot journeys - Identify gaps, edge cases, and broken flows
ii. Share structured observations and feedback
b) AI System Behaviour & Performance Insights
i. Observe how the system behaves across user journeys, identify drop-offs, errors, and friction points, and translate observations into clear improvement inputs
ii. Track key metrics (interactions, leads, conversions) and create simple tracking systems
c) Documentation & SOPs
i. Document flows, test scenarios, and learnings
ii. Create simple SOPs for ongoing system use
Learning Outcomes
a) Exposure to AI systems in development and early deployment
b) Experience in system evaluation, product analytics, and user behaviour
c) Understanding of real-world AI challenges and performance gaps
Eligibility Criteria
a) B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA (Analytics/IT) students
b) Basic knowledge of Python / Excel automation / AI tools
c) Interest in process improvement and problem-solving

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
