Telecaller – Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Role:
To contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and maintain follow-up with interested clients.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Maintain call logs, records, and performance reports.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for lead conversion.

Primary Role:
To act as the first point of contact for visitors and handle administrative and front-office support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
- Handle mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, typing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Provide information and support to visitors and staff when required.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, or other departments for routine office activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
