Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,457.24 - ₹22,000.00 per month
