We work with some of the country's largest developers and EPC contractors across sectors including Highways, Metro, Railways, Buildings, Data Centers, Industrial Projects, Power, Water, and Real Estate.
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Site HR Manager who can independently manage human resources at project locations while ensuring smooth workforce administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete HR operations at project sites across India.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and deployment at site locations.
- Coordinate manpower planning, mobilization, transfers, and demobilization.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and site HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law compliance, and contractor workforce management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate accommodation, travel, food arrangements, and employee welfare for site staff.
- Maintain personnel files, HRMIS records, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and head office HR for seamless coordination.
- Support recruitment and workforce deployment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/MSW in HR is preferred.
- 2–8 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to construction, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, or project-based organizations.
- Candidates with Defence/Armed Forces background (Army, Navy, Air Force) or Ex-Servicemen are highly preferred due to their experience in discipline, administration, logistics, and personnel management.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and workforce management.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work from project sites across India.
- Ability to work independently in remote project environments.
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Shift Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
