SmileLoft Dental is a rapidly growing US-based dental organization operating 10 dental offices across Maryland. We are seeking an experienced Dental AR Review & Patient Collections Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team.
This is a 100% remote position based in India, working directly with our US leadership team. No staffing agencies or intermediaries are involved.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong experience in US Dental Revenue Cycle Management who can effectively manage outstanding receivables, review aging accounts, resolve insurance and billing issues, and communicate confidently with US patients regarding account balances and payment collections.
This is a patient-facing role requiring outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and strong collections experience.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR) Review & Revenue Cycle Management
* Review and analyze insurance and patient aging reports.
* Investigate unpaid, underpaid, denied, or delayed claims.
* Follow up with insurance carriers to resolve outstanding balances.
* Identify billing errors, payment discrepancies, and reimbursement issues.
* Submit claim corrections, appeals, and supporting documentation when required.
* Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up activities.
* Work closely with US office teams to improve collections and reduce aging balances.
* Ensure timely resolution of outstanding receivables.
Patient Billing & Collections
* Contact US patients regarding outstanding balances and payment responsibilities.
* Explain account statements, insurance adjustments, and patient balances in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist patients with payment arrangements and collection of outstanding balances.
* Answer billing-related questions and resolve patient concerns.
* Follow up on unpaid patient accounts and document all communication.
* Deliver an exceptional patient experience while meeting collection goals.
Required Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience in US Dental Revenue Cycle Management.
* Proven experience in Dental Accounts Receivable review and aging management.
* Experience handling patient billing and patient collections.
* Strong understanding of dental insurance billing, EOBs, claim follow-up, denials, and appeals.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US patients over the phone.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in a BPO, healthcare outsourcing, or US healthcare support environment.
* Experience working directly with US dental practices.
* Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental practice management software.
* Immediate joiners preferred.

Employment & Compensation
This is a Full-Time Independent Contractor position supporting a US-based dental organization.
Compensation ranges from ₹6,00,000 to ₹8,50,000 per annum, based on experience, communication skills, and overall qualifications.
The successful candidate will work directly with the US employer. No staffing agencies or intermediaries are involved.
