We at Shree Bajrang Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. are looking for an experienced and licensed boiler operator having experience in an AAC block manufacturing unit & autoclave operation. The candidate must have the following knowledge:
1. Boiler Operation & Monitoring
- Operate and monitor boilers to generate steam as per plant requirements.
- Maintain required steam pressure and temperature for AAC production.
- Ensure continuous and efficient boiler performance.
2. Autoclave Operation
- Operate autoclaves for curing AAC blocks under controlled pressure and temperature.
- Follow standard curing cycles (pressurization, holding, depressurization).
- Ensure uniform steam distribution for consistent product quality.
3. Equipment Inspection & Maintenance
- Perform routine checks on boilers, autoclaves, valves, pipelines, and safety devices.
- Identify and report any abnormalities or leakages.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
4. Safety Compliance
- Adhere strictly to boiler and pressure vessel safety regulations.
- Ensure proper functioning of safety valves, gauges, and alarms.
- Follow all PPE and plant safety protocols to prevent accidents.
5. Fuel & Water Management
- Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient utilization.
- Maintain proper water levels and ensure water quality standards (softening, treatment).
- Coordinate with the utility team for uninterrupted operations.
6. Process Control & Optimization
- Maintain accurate records of temperature, pressure, and cycle times.
- Optimize steam usage to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.
- Ensure consistency in AAC block curing quality.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily logbooks for boiler and autoclave operations.
- Record operational parameters, downtime, and maintenance activities.
- Report deviations and corrective actions taken.
8. Coordination
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet output targets.
- Ensure timely availability of steam for production cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Boiler Operation.
- Valid Boiler Operator Certificate (mandatory as per regulations).
- 2–5 years of experience in boiler/autoclave operations (preferably in AAC or similar industry).
- Knowledge of steam systems, pressure vessels, and safety norms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AAC block manufacturing plants.
- Understanding of water treatment systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
