Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads

Manage and allocate budgets efficiently for maximum ROI

Continuously test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
Performance Optimization

Monitor and improve key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate

Identify gaps and implement data-driven optimizations
-
Scale campaigns based on performance insights
Funnel & Conversion Thinking

Collaborate with design and content teams for: Ad creatives, Landing pages, Lead journeys
-
Suggest improvements in funnels and user experience to increase conversions
Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
-
Share actionable insights (not just numbers)
-
Present updates internally and, if required, to clients
Team Leadership & Expansion

Manage and mentor junior performance marketers
-
Build and scale the performance marketing team

Define workflows, roles, and processes
-
Ensure quality control across all campaigns

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
-
Create SOPs to reduce dependency on individuals
