Job Summary:
We are hiring a CRM Manager to lead and manage customer relationship operations in the real estate vertical. The role involves handling post-sales processes, managing customer experience, resolving escalations, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end CRM operations including post-sales, collections, and customer engagement
- Manage customer database and ensure accurate CRM records
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Site teams
- Monitor agreements, demand letters, collections, and possession processes
- Develop and implement customer satisfaction and retention strategies
- Generate MIS reports and track CRM performance metrics
- Train and manage the CRM team
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate
- Strong experience in post-sales and customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team handling experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and processes
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
Salary: 9 LPA TO 15 LPA
