*Position Title: Asst General Manager – Operations (Multi-Branch Eye Hospital)

*Position Overview*
V Trust Eye Hospital is seeking a highly experienced and strategic *General Manager – Operations* to lead and oversee the operational performance of our *hospital branches*. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, standardization of processes, financial performance, quality compliance, and superior patient experience across all units.
The role demands a strong leader with proven expertise in *healthcare operations management*, capable of driving organizational growth while maintaining high standards of clinical and administrative efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Multi-Branch Operational Leadership*
* Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for all hospital branches.
* Ensure uniform implementation of policies, protocols, and operational standards across locations.
* Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, patient flow, and service delivery.
*2. Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth*
* Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the hospital’s long-term vision and growth objectives.
* Identify opportunities for service expansion, process improvement, and revenue enhancement.
* Drive operational initiatives that support sustainable growth and improved patient outcomes.
*3. Leadership & Human Resource Management*
* Lead and mentor branch managers, department heads, and administrative teams.
* Collaborate with the HR department on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
* Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
*4. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance*
* Ensure strict adherence to *NABH standards*, statutory requirements, and hospital policies.
* Monitor quality indicators, patient safety standards, and clinical governance frameworks.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure implementation of best practices across branches.
*6. Patient Experience & Service Excellence*
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care and service standards.
* Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and address escalated concerns effectively.
* Promote a patient-centric approach across all operational processes.
*7. Clinical & Administrative Coordination*
* Work closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and departmental leaders to ensure seamless coordination between clinical and administrative functions.
* Support clinical teams in improving operational workflows and patient care delivery.
*Educational Qualification*
* *MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Operations Management* (Preferred)
* Postgraduate qualification in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field may also be considered.
*Experience*
* *Minimum 7 – 9 years of experience in hospital operations management*
* Prior experience in *Eye Hospital / Ophthalmology department operations* will be a significant advantage.
* Proven experience in *managing multiple hospital branches or healthcare facilities*

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,821.26 per month
