Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Candidates should have strong spoken & written communication skills.
2. Ability to handle calls, chats and emails in a professional manner.
3. Follow up on open cases and see them to closures.
4. Should have experience in ticketing system
5. 9 Working Hours Shift with 1 Hour Break
6. Willingness to work in rotational shifts as this will be 24 * 7 operations.
7. Candidates should be available to start immediately.
