Hiring: Sales Head – Tech Staffing / Recruitment Services
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – 5 Days/Week)
We're looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead enterprise client acquisition for a fast-growing engineering-focused staffing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and acquire enterprise clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Engineering leaders.
- Expand existing client accounts and generate repeat business.
- Play a key role in building and leading the sales team as the organization grows.
Required Experience
- 6–14 years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in IT Staffing / Recruitment Services Sales.
- Proven success in acquiring enterprise or product company clients.
- Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition, or Engineering decision-makers.
- Experience handling commercial negotiations and staffing margins.
- Resume should demonstrate measurable achievements such as revenue generated, enterprise clients won, deal sizes, or successful placements.
Preferred
- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms.
- Exposure to US or European recruitment markets.
- Candidates from reputed staffing firms such as Randstad, Adecco, Aditi Consulting, Ascendion, Russell Tobin, Varite, Virtusa, Nine Leaps, Indium, Enterprise Minds, V-Soft, BCT Consulting, or similar organizations.
Work Location: Bengaluru (Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.)
