Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models for Civil and/or MEP works
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with standard methods of measurement .
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope gaps and discrepancies
- Support cost planning and estimation teams with detailed measurement data
- Coordinate with design teams to clarify measurement-related queries
- Ensure all measurements are completed within tight deadlines and high accuracy standards
- Maintain organized records of measurement excel sheets and backup documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of measurement processes and templates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Quantity Surveying or related field
- 2-4 years of experience of relevant experience in measurement quantity surveying.
- Should have experience in CostX and relevant measurement software (AutoCAD), Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in Civil and/or MEP Quantification measurement (separate or combined expertise).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
