Essential Functions:
- Overall responsibility of the team that he/she will be handling pertaining to operations
- Track and monitor employee training needs and related transactions
- Assign the duties and manage staff as per the agreed roster
- Monitor and process applications and meeting the SLAs
- Security-related issues to be reported as per company policy
- Training and implementation of new processes
- Monitor and coordinate with TLs and accounts department – end of the day cash handover to an accountant
- Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
- MIS (Attendance, Other Daily reports, Biometrics, etc.)
- Adherence to SOPs
- Ensuring the data matches the application entries daily and generate reports
Metrics & Organization Management:
- Customer Satisfaction (Handling Escalations, general queries, etc.)
- Team Satisfaction
- Adherence to SOPs
- MIS Reports
- Accuracy and Turn Around Time of Applications
