Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive the sales of lubricants, industrial oils, and diesel products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the oil and lubricant industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell lubricants, industrial oils, and diesel products to retail and institutional customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Oil, Lubricants, Petroleum, or related industry.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of the oil, lubricant, and fuel market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
